# Linchpins Linchpins are fundamental shifts, inflections points that would drastically change the dynamics of our [[Growth Themes]] and [[Lenses]] We find them through digging deeply into rabbit holes, looking at things from different perspectives, challenging what is and questioning what could be. We observe that being ultra sensitive to the evoluation of these linchpins in the periods of infancy is very valuable. This is when they are written off by the rest.
