Quantum volume is a metric to measure how powerful a quantum computer is based on how many qubits it has, how good is the error correction on these qubits, and the number of operations that can be done in parallel. Increase in the number of qubits does not improve a quantum computer if the error rate is high. However, improving the error rate would result in a more powerful quantum computer. #quantum
