Bordered by other plantations and the **Elopura Forest Reserve** (Class V mangrove). > - Management representative: Wong Tet Jung (Aquinas Wong). > - In the **Wild Asia Group Scheme since 31 March 2021** (WAGS ID 3038, plot 3896). ## Why it matters more than an LOI Three things a design partner normally cannot give you, all present here: 1. **A real compliance artefact.** The 2025 WAGS Grower Annual Progress Report is a full worked example of what the estate is graded on — documentation findings, site findings, environmental and social management plans, OSH plan, protected wildlife list, scoring method, overall compliance progress.
